We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item.
Final sale items are not returnable.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Unauthorized return packages will be refused. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, shipping charges are not refundable.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period of time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Customers return their product in store/by mail.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refunds will always be directed to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-14 days.

Please note, depending on your bank, refunds can appear on your statement in different forms:

A new line item: The refund is listed as a separate transaction
Reversal charge: The original transaction will be voided

All our items are eligible for full refunds as long as they are:

Returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned in the same condition as delivered.
Item(s) is out of stock or damaged.
You cancel the order within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

We do not accept returns if you change your mind after receiving your order. Once an item has been received in normal condition, it cannot be returned.

We will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for refund.
